The Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024 study, by Randstad, quoted by Notícias ao Minuto, annually analyzes the perception of the active population regarding the largest employers in different countries.
According to the study, in the retail sector, IKEA Portugal was considered the most attractive company to work for, with Fnac and Worten following closely behind.
"Regarding the five criteria that employees value the most, the analysis revealed that, in the retail sector, professionals highlight, in order of importance, financial health; good reputation; location; work environment; and professional stability," reads the news.
It is worth noting that the Randstad Employer Brand Research is an independent study that analyzes the perception of the active population regarding the 150 largest employers in 32 countries, covering over 75% of the world economy.
In Portugal, the study is now in its 9th edition, with the participation of almost 5,000 professionals in Portugal, of various age groups, different qualifications, including students, employed and unemployed people.
The data taken from the study allows to determine the attractiveness of a company as an employer brand, the most attractive sectors, and the most relevant criteria when making a job decision.
